I guess, sand bed a little deep for size, light will only focus on Central/ 3inch spread? Rockwork/ aquascape to deep in sand bed and will create dead spots,
It's a very shallow tank with too many rocks/ sand
Just my opinion

I find that fish usually like caves and nooks and crannies that are way smaller than you might expect. Unless you plan on having larger fish you might do well with "closer" rocks.

If you plan on having corals you might want a design that has a few separate "islands" to keep things separate (so your gsp or whatever doesn't climb over every rock in the tank)
