So did most of them grow out or did you buy a lot more? :)

Florida Ricordea grow very slow. I have had some stretch out and successfully propagate by splitting - even that takes a long time from start to finish. Basically, I continued adding to my "collection" until a few months ago. I think I am nearing full capacity . . .

very nice.

Thank you.

Thank you Debbie. As far as secrets go, I try to keep current with water changes. It is difficult to supplement in such a small tank. Frequent water changes have provided the best results.

I am totally addicted to Ricordea! There, I admitted it. I hear that you have quite a collection yourself?!

Thanks. They are some form of deep water zoanthids with no special name. They look equally gorgeous day and night. I wanted to purchase a colony of them when one of my suppliers sent me a preview pic. He was unable to part with the whole colony; but, sent me a couple polyp "freebie" frag as a thank you in one of my shipments. They seem to be doing pretty well. Not a fast grower; but, very pretty. I am glad they are prominently displayed in my nano. I hope that over time they will take off.

This is a FANTASTIC looking tank... What a great job..

Thank you.

wow...that tanks amazing! Welcome to R2R!

Cool pictures for sure! Nice looking tank.

Thank you x2.

Beautiful tank!

Thank you very much.

What a Ric garden. Can we get a FTS?

Thanks. Actually, if you scroll back through the posts, there is a daylight FTS and a flourescence FTS.

I just bought my first ric and it is just the cutest thing!
Tunde (wifey)

I think Ricordea are cute, too. Plus, who couldn't love something that comes in so many pretty colors?!

Wow!
Best ricordia garden I've ever seen. Thanks for sharing your tank with us.

Only chix with guns!!!!

Very nice looking tank, Wendy, I love the colors and learned that Zoas and Rics can cohabitate and not kill each other.
