I have them. They reproduce all the time. I bought 5 originally of a member here.
Do they make over the tank or just make a bunch of eggs?

They mate, but their egg sack looks like clear string with a bubble. Not exactly sure on the egg sack according to other members. Just edited. Thanks!

I find that they are not effective grazer. Also their shells are very hard and can jams pumps.
Stomatella are much better grazer IME

awesome! Let me know if you would ever sell or ship out!

I have tons. I just did a tank swap so I'm waiting for them to start reproducing again but I will be selling some in late September.

Are you sure they are strombus? Your funny!

I'm sure you don't know their egg pattern.

I definitely wouldn’t buy them from anyone that jumps on your thread stating they’ll have or have some for sale.

I wouldn't buy them from you considering you didn't know their egg pattern. Thats for sure

These snails lay clear bubbles with eggs in these bubbles. The eggs hatched and the baby snail chew through the bubble shell and craw out fully formed baby snails.

Exactly. They are not in a string. They are single round eggs. Usually a bunch in an area but not connected.

Strombus maculatus
tiny Strombus snails that reproduce in our tank. They lay eggs on the rock and glass, a small bubble with 3-15 eggs in it. The eggs hatch and the tiny conch chew a hole in it and craw out. The egg bubble is about 1/8 inch or 2 mm in diameter, with white spots in it.
Pictures on the web. These egg bubbles has more eggs than normal seen in my tank.
