Back pressure from him running the smaller tubing pump has to work harder to produce the same amount of rpms

I’m running 3/4” silicone hose, maybe 5’ head from sump to top of tank.

Metal strap is well above the water. You still think it will rust
It will definitely rust over time. Stainless and chlorides don't play well together. I use the plastic clamps available at BRS, among other places. I bought half a dozen each of the common sizes to have backups as needed. Just bought a COR 15 myself; it's still in the box while I wait for fittings to plumb to 1" silicone tubing. I'm swapping out a Vectra M2 (which I will keep as an on-shelf spare) primarily for Apex integration.

Thanks for the review. I have a living room setup as well with no space for a fish room either. Quiet is GOOD!

Hey old thread I know but for those of you running Cor 15 from 1 link does your EB 832 fan now stay on all the time? ... Fan on my EB832 would only run on occasion when all lights and heaters were on. Now with Cor 15 it seems to be running all the time. I have 3 devices connected via 1 link, 2 dos and the Cor.
