They stay hidden for the most part. I have had one in my 40 breeder for a few years now. I see him once every couple of months, one of my favorite inverts. Right up there with harlequin shrimp

I love pom poms. mine died in one day for some reason. I think because it dropped it's nems at the LFS.

so this week ive decided to sell off half my live rock and my corals to create more space for my new rock i plan on putting in... so all week ive been planning on catching this lil guy so i dont lose him when i sell my live rocks and coral.. so anyways last night he decided to creep out so i caught him and he looked fine i placed him in my lil "time-out tank" =]

and this morning i woke up and looked at him and discovered he, or better yet she had an orange egg sack on her butt.. if anyone has any information about this, i would love to hear your thoughts..
