This was a reality for someone I know last year. I wonder if he'll be more responsible this time 'round. We call him "Jimmy no thumbs" now. Don'tJust a thought. This weekend will be the last time someone has all 10 of their fingers.
Psa be safe around fire works.
I really want a pair for the office tank. May be time to move the mushrooms out to the big tank. Or restart.the 10g.Not buying any explosives this year... Having too much fun singing the Shrimp Goby song...

You guys got 10?
Those stupid tricolor valida lol.. I have one and it’s the fastest growing thing in my tank all brown with purple tips! All 50 other acros glow and have color.. I can’t for the life of me get that thing happy… oh well..
I always use this...Ok, I'm having a brain fart stupid moment... Math is failing my brain.
How do I figure out final concentration if I add a known solution to known solution?
Example:
100 gallons of 8.3 dKh alkalinity
5 gallons of 15.7 dKh alkalinity
Final solution is 105 gallons of 8.6 dKh?
Thanks! I've used that one before but I can't "alter" the product concentrations. I mixed up some water for a water change but the alkalinity is pretty high. I double checked my Hanna against Salifert and they both came out the same. I'm trying to determine if I need to use some Muriatic Acid to drop the alkalinity. I'd like to bring my alk up some anyway but the salt I mixed up is 15.7 dKh so ... Not wanting to kill anything.
so,5% water change Tank is sitting at 8.3 , want to add 5 gallons at 15.7Thanks! I've used that one before but I can't "alter" the product concentrations. (100 x 8.3 / 105) + (5 x 15.7 / 105) = 8.647Ok, I'm having a brain fart stupid moment... Math is failing my brain.
