Damage from the hail, but also what else do they find but soft spots damaged plywood and mold And the roof was replaced 2 years ago 
the old roof may still be under contractor warranty , they missed something then ?Well this is great…..we need to get the entire roof of the house replaced
It’s under a warranty, talked to the insurance all is covered at least should be, but it’s still the hassle of taking off and then adding shingles and who knows what else they may find under the old roof

Nah. Covered in dust and lint. I rinsed it off to see what it was. I was looking for my firefish and Springeri Dottyback. Didn't find either so I figure they were CUC food rather than carpet/tile surfers.
At two years old with mold and wood damage then the roofing company definitely did one thing wrong, minimally. Also sounds like whatever was wrong was not caught by the inspector during the dry in or final inspection. May want to inquire with the city about this too. I certainly hope the same roofing company is not used this time around.
