Good! I busted out my old kettle, boiled some RODI and had at it with the Aips! Still a million to go, but something about blasting them with 212 degree water puts on a smile.

I imagine the syringe of boiling water cooling down soon as submerged... how many seconds do you have to deliver the liquid death effectively?

Well, I got stung by my Nem a couple of minutes ago. Never been stung before but I felt this one. I don't think it'll end up being like yours.

Cranky which I suppose means better? She had PT this afternoon and walked around the PT room with a walker but she walked for the first time since breaking her ankle. Her infection seems to be gone, so now she needs to keep hydrated so she can keep it gone.

It works well. But I don't use a syringe, I use a feeding pipette. And I deliver it quickly. A few squirts on a Aip and it's limp and coming apart. Has to be close range direct hit.

The problem with boiling water is the collateral damage. If you have corals near the Aips, they may get hurt or die. So today I focus fired on the Aips in the overflow grill, walls, sand, exposed areas of rock and the gyre. I'll hit the ones between my zoas and SPS tomorrow with kalk paste. I basically sacrificed a piece of monti cap today though. There was a cluster of very annoying large Aips next to the cap.
