Ok question for the adults

So I guess me moving my hammer garden rock out a bit really did a number on some of them (some were not as bad as these pics but all of them had some damage). The question I have is should I move the really damaged ones down to the sand bed? I already reduced flow.

Oh and one of my acans looked pretty rough (I moved it to a new spot and apparently there was too much flow there - it’s already been relocated)
