I can't keep everyone straight so apologies in advance. Who uses the magnetic stirrer to mix their AF Mud before adding to the tank? @JoJosReef? Zinc came back super high on my icp. It's about time to change the rodi filters so thats part of it, confirmed with rodi test results. But i think the rest is due tothe metal in the mud. Want to pull the old mud out of the sump. Then get a spinner magnet thing to clean up the new mud and replace. Just need a direction to find the spinner thing.

I am using the magnet from the @cromag27 Octoaquatics acclimation box. It's like a black hole sucking up anything metal. I just put it under a small container with water and the mud, stir for a while, then holding the container and magnet together, dump the muddy water into the tank. Always a streak of magnetic mud stays in the tupper right above the magnet. I'll make a video next time.

harder to clean. if you can remove the magnet from the bucket the metal filings will all fall out.

Gotcha. I just use the metal spoon I'm sturring with. It grabs the spoon and doesn't fall off as I dump the muddy water.
