Life has been crazy... I have a 18 month old frag running around the house and another one due in June of '24. I shut down the 250 Sushi Tank and got the 750 Sushi Dream up right before my son was born. Being the first frag I've briken off of myself, I didnt realize how much time and resources they took.

Took a HUGE pay cut for a job I enjoy a whole lot more than what I was doing, and I have a lot more time at home. 7-3:30 M-F is a whole lot better for raising a family than rotating 12s... but cutting your salary in half RIGHT AS THE ECONOMY CRASHES, hurts the old hobbies real bad. I couldnt have timed it any better.

With all that happening last year, my reef has gotten the detritus end of the stick... I've motivated myself back into the hobby, not that I formally left, I was just over in a dark corner being anti-social.

Highly doubt that they give out badges for “Posers” or “Leeches Looking for Leftovers”…

Last time I checked Mermaids didn’t romp around begging for things either… they were too busy drowning folks. Maybe stick to reefing and stop holding out your hand?
