Moved some baby cardinals to the refugium. Dosed the tank. Pulled some nori and fed it to the tangs. Making a cheese cake.Good evening everyone, good night to some , good morning to others...

How y'all doing tonight ?...

sorry , runnin' w out a filter today...
I would pass on the fish. If they don't act normal or have possible signs of disease I leave them at the store. Why take the risk?So guys. Let's taco 'bout the fox face.
Really was hoping to add one, saw one in the store yesterday. Talked with the guy, said they've had him about 2 weeks, was eating, but hid the first week and was all greyed out. When I saw him, he was colored, but I did see one single spot of what looked like ich.
I have not had any disease show it's face in my tank. I have not qt'd any fish either, so I'm in a good luck streak and want to keep it that way.
Is there a good way to qt and treat this guy? Currently the only tank set up is the 15g cube that I was using for a frag tank, although it's about empty right now. But treatment with something heavy might make this tank no good for future corals.
I do have an empty 10g with qt equipment, but with the fish being so timid I worry the stress of that would be too much.
Pass on this guy or is there a chance of treatment that won't be too stressful? I do have media to add to a qt that would help it handle a bio load.
I know, sometimes just need someone to tell me again.I would pass on the fish. If they don't act normal or have possible signs of disease I leave them at the store. Why take the risk?

Or purchase it and tell the store to hold him till he settles down… I’d think he will be fine they’re not prone to ich that I know of.. it might have been a mucus plugI know, sometimes just need someone to tell me again.
You know our options for livestock in the valley, slim Pickens. However I've gotten all my current fish from Bob's and I've just been careful and selective and extremely lucky.
I have not tried shipping fish yet though. Kinda scared by it. I'm so nervous opening coral boxes already I'm sure my anxiety would be worse when it's a fish.
