ah coffee time. Got the new sump in on sunday and got the water recirculating from sump to tank and have the first skimmer running. Today gonna work on adding the stand in sump bio pellet reactor, air exchange(aerobic) reactor, build a brace to hand the small reactors for carbon, gfo(when needed) so they stay out of the water but inside the sump. Also have to build a prefilter tray (12x4) for felt, or cotton pad with a foam pad under it for extra filteration. . I am doing away with the filter cups(they clogged and reduced flow to much). The prefilter tray will be easy just take out the dirty felt etc, throw it away and replace. Waiting on new UV sleeve for the new lifegard UV I got last week. While putting it together I cracked the top of the sleeve screwing on the internal cap with rubber fitting. Ordered two sleeves. I am totally happy with this new sump design, after building 3 or 4 for the 140 and now the 300, I finally have a design that totally works and easy to maintain and allows room inside to move stuuf around with out all those chambers wall sin the way. Also made the 3 chamber walls with adjustable walls for height changes if needed.

We get that treatment every year in Idaho. Usually from our own fires, or Washington or California. Actually got some of that Canadian smoke a couple months ago when it started.

It is okay for us to share with the rest of the country what it is like in our flyover state! Maybe they will wake up to the concept of managed forest instead of let it burn baby burn! Most of us that have worked in the woods know first hand the necessity of managing our forests! Have a great day and our fire season is just getting started. Over 100 acres burned just south of my house already.

Long read, I'm sorry.

Ok so, my hubs is a car painter. Mostly insurance or quicker bumper/fender jobs. Occasionally he'll take on a complete/restoration. So a few months ago he sold a truck ('90 something Chevy shortbox 4x4.) Guy who bought it wants it repainted fresh. Hubs says not till August. Guy says ok. Fast forward to recent, guy is delusional thinking we should move everything else aside and get his right in. Hubs says no, there's a few in front of you, I'll get those done first. Guy says he's more important, and starts thinking of ways to get my hubs to move faster. Hint: that didn't work. Guy uses I'm getting a divorce I need the truck now, I'm moving need it now, I'm selling another truck, need it now..... Fast forward to a couple weeks ago guy loses it and starts making threats. Hubs videoed the entire 45min Convo including the threats to hubs, and a whole bunch of juicy details of how he's shot people before he's been investigated and he's a veteran and he's killed X many before and blah blah blah.

Now into last night, more threats and now he's says hubs stole a boom boom from him. Last straw. There was a trade involved with the boom boom, but was given back when he took the truck. Now he's saying the case was empty. Bull poo. I was there. I took it from the safe and put it in the box with the materials for the paint that was purchased. He took it all. Unfortunately for him we know most of the law 'round here. There's a truck in que that's from a sheriff, and we just fixed 2 vehicles for the prosecutor's secretary. So now this guy fell down the rabbit hole of 'dumb ways to die'. Officially been trespassed from our property and officers say he said enough in that recording for some pretty serious charges. But did he stop? Nah, 6am a fresh text from guy already. Dum dum dum.

Makes my blood boil. I hate how nice hubs always is, and I want to crush this guy with my bare hands.
