Any of yall have almost like a dilluted dip i can do it in so i dont have to chop the heads? Or shoud i just chop em and dip the base its like 14 heads on 2 seperate colonies hate to chop it but if i do then i do...
hang tight, wait for opinions , they will come... ;)

An angel will help reduce the sponge population....not sure if a flame or pygmy of some sort catches your eye.

Dipping will only hold it off as long as you continue to dip.

The sponge is most likely in other areas of the tank, not just on the coral.

I fear once you get it off it will find its way back...eventually.

I have the chance at an african flameback but have read that it can do a number on meatier corals....which concerns me for the trachy and lobos in the tank....hmmm ill sleep on it good night everyone

I use non diluted 3%. Dip it in peroxide with out touching the heads. If you can't do it that way use a Qtip to carefully saturate the sponge. Once saturated scrape off then clean skeleton again with the peroxide.

What would be possible suggestions then for angels from the cafe that could help dont wanna mess up and grab a coral demon....i might try the peroxide dip @F i s h y stated tonight....but a dwarf or flame angel might work i havr an abundance of sponge in the sump to i could let him get after.....idk just trying to see options and what might be available near me...

Tell @Nate Chalk to give you his flame angel, or else many many... things might happen....

I just don't know what kind of things. He's got the only true reef safe angel I have ever seen.
