What the heck are those?! Besides the vermetids I can clearly see... the polyp/anemone/whatevers.

Those red lumps, remind me of fleshy limpets... do that move?

a nice close up might help as well. Looks like a bunch of vermin snot all over the rock and those red things could be sponge, tunicate, anemones.
