Apparently, people would get them and not want to keep them and would set them free and they would displace indigenous birds??
Never, ever saw or heard of this being true in my entire life as a NJ resident. People are stupid.

Love birds are all over arizona, from what the media says. But guess what? They are also beneficial to the cactus there. So I am told.
