I plan to contact the company and ask but, wouldn’t the Fluval in line work? I have a pump, it’s my old AC I had before going with the DC one I’m using now. Supposedly the bulb has an extremely long life and I’m not planning to use it constantly. It also has a timer that will cut it on at the same time every day, which is handy for running at night. I like the brand and the CS is very responsive on Facebook. I’ve seen people putting them on the flex with their return pumps, but I’d rather place it on its own pump

One thing I question about this one is, how do they get nearly 3.5 years of life out of a bulb when every other company producing UV bulbs (whether for fish tanks or whole-house use) says the bulb should be replaced annually. This causes concern for me. Also, how many watts is it and what are their recommended flow rates?

At around 1am she finally got fluids to stay down the meds worked and electrolytes were in. She is sleeping like a baby now. Grandparents taking the kids to school today so she can rest....she couldnt even look at food or water yesterday without puking. Thank you for all your help everyone and a huge thank you for checking in.

Looks to be a 3w bulb. I would not use that for dinos. Maybe to make sure no green water in an FW tank, but no where near the power needed for what you want to use for.
