A few seconds a frag to cut them... it's the process of letting them grow out and heal that takes the longest.

That's the Have them ready part I meant. Adam usually cuts nice frag, and wants them to be encrusting before sending them out.

You'd have to be cutting from a bigger colony to take 50 1" frags+ some extras.

You know he has anywhere from 2 to 7 colonies of each of his prized corals, right? He has backups of the backups of the backups after that heavy loss he took where a lot of his older colonies just went away.

I have calcium nitrate + neo running. Haven't calculated sodium nitrate yet.

Stable at .1 and 20 the last couple days. Still losing some Sps that has been struggling. Got some cheap monti cap frags fresh to see how they fair. Usually my go to in testing longevity.

It's tough to gauge a weak sick coral fairing in the current environment. Start with something healthy.
