Honestly I buy the $10 cheap stainless ones from Amazon and they're kind of disposable. They last about 4 month of My use which I would say is high moderate then I order another one. The pin starts getting too tight is the only issue that makes them not optimal after that long.

Get a small bottle of light spray cooking oil, small squirt, leave for 5 minutes then wipe, turn over and repeat and then a small squirt on the centre pivot point.

Always. But, using the proper channels doesn't seem to be having an effect lately. I think this country could really go for a good old-fashioned strike
