Not really. I've got a couple of ESHOPPS sumps. I prefer the ESHOPPS RS series sumps. I've got two of those running and a couple of wet/dry.It’s 36” so I think it’s the 300 but it’s sweet. You have any use for the old sump?
Figured I’d offer Im probably going to just break it down and toss it thenNot really. I've got a couple of ESHOPPS sumps. I prefer the ESHOPPS RS series sumps. I've got two of those running and a couple of wet/dry.
I've got an old 30 gallon DIY sump very similar to that sitting in my backyard. I keep saying I'm going to toss it, just have been too lazy.Figured I’d offer Im probably going to just break it down and toss it then
lol. I took the dividers out and found melted plastic on the trim. Then saw the post on fb from a guy looking to get rid of his old sump. All in Im still under $300 on this project.I've got an old 30 gallon DIY sump very similar to that sitting in my backyard. I keep saying I'm going to toss it, just have been too lazy.
With the skimmer and return pump it was only a bit more than thatI think I paid $110 for the RS-200 on my 125. The tank... I may have pulled it from a dumpster around 10 years ago.
You are always welcome. Looking forward to the wrasse suggestionsFollowing!
You should consider a biota cleaner wrasse. They are really fun60x24x24 will be a mixed reef with sand
Planned stock list
Captive bred
Pair of majestic angels from (might do a majestic and a regal)
Golden lined rabbit
Pair of mandarins
All of those will be from @Biota_Marine
Possibly long term
Potters Angel or Golden Angel (gorgeous but $$$$)
Trio of pink square anthias
Non captive bred
Selection of wrasses I'm sure get plenty of suggestions from the wrasse lovers thread.
Flame or longnose hawk fish
Possible but not sure
Ocellate damsel 3-5. I know nothing about this fish but they caught my eye. I'm assuming they share all the wonderful characteristics of the damsel fish that we all "love" but at least they look neat
Please make your suggestions for what I should add or remove. Feel free to suggest equipment. This is going to be a slow build because the spot for the tank won't be available for a bit so plenty of time to convince me that your favorite animal needs a home in my tank
I’ll put it in the maybe list. The ones I see seem to be neat little fishYou should consider a biota cleaner wrasse. They are really fun
