My first time with a thought of a nano reef aquarium, would this reef light work?

I always went about how expensive lighting were so i didn't really think of going with a reef aquarium but I did want to experience how it looked and felt like so I was planning to do a 15 inch nano tank to be connected with my fowlr for extra nutrients and i wonder if this light is good enough?

I wanted to get the reef led and is also said to grow sps corals but no mention of anemones so I wanted to ask if it grows anemones?

According to a youtube video I believe that the par is about 200 just 3 to 4 inch below the water

My bubble tip that wandered into a pump is recovering in a low light area. Lately it has been getting smaller and clearly needs to be moved into a higher light tank. It may live a long time but it will likely be expiring without enough light.

Oh, should I test it out by putting the rock as close to the surface and placing the anemone there?
