My cleaner shrimp is eager to clean my fish but my fish aren't are having it. Is there something I can do to satisfy this?

Patience. The ones that get used to him will open up to allowing him to do his thing. Some fish may never allow him to clean.

Before my hypo treatment I just came out of, I had three cleaners (1 which was always tiny and not part of the group but was finally allowed to join). Many of the fish would allow, but some would swim right past them and never slow down. The greatest sight was watching my butterfly allow him to clean while he drifted away from the rocks. So in the middle of the tank, not close to anything, you had this butterflyfish just floating perfectly still in the water while the cleaner was hanging on and cleaning. It was awesome.

Agreed. My tangs took a bit to warm up to my cleaner as well, but once it started, they never went without a daily cleaning.
