These need very good acclimation and are susceptible to both bacterial issues and issues with nitrates which often trigger problems
What filter methods are you using and what is current nitrates?
What foods are you feeding?

I use 5 stage sump filter and my nitrate level is 3. Maybe it was my own mistake for not doing acclimation long enough.i did the acclimation approximately 45 min with drip acclimation

Was this purchased locally or shipped? If shipped did you keep the water in the bag to drip into?

Acclimation can be one and did you mean 5 stage RODI Unit? Im referring to tank filter and type. Nitrate level is my concern

There are red spots on its belly
Ok. . That is a sign of either stress or high nitrates and I recommend a water change. The spots can also be merely related to stress where they show up for no reason and is known as erythema.

The rash is gone after i put her into a separate tank and isolate her.and also i give air stones into the water to increase the water oxygen level

But she’s still weak and would be upside down and still would not eat. I am very caution about it
