Hey everyone! LONG time lurker, first time posting. 10 years doing FOWLR Aquariums. Last 2 Years got onto Coral.

Current setup - 220 Gallon Customized Clearview with Fiji Cube 2400 GPH Low Profile Overflow. Dual 1 1/2" Drains with Gate Valve and 1 Emergency wide open. Was formerly dual corner overflow with no weir and it looked ugly.

Sump - Custom Made 120 Gallon with dual 7" socks, first chamber has kolar bio reactor which feeds into a IOAOI Skimmer rated for 300 Gallons, second chamber is a giant Refugium and last chamber is Return chamber.

Return is a Mightyjet XL with Corner Loc Lines and also feeds into a UV Sterilizer under a Gate Valve to control flow. Rated for a pond but I keep a slow flow through.

Collectively, I'm at around 400lb of Live Rock which has been running for 5 years roughly and about 120lb of sand.

Refugium is FILLED with Cheato. I wad actually wondering if I should trim it?

Nitrite - 0
Ammonia - 0
Nitrate - 15 (Trying to get lower but everyone seems to be okay)
Phosphate - .06 (also a bit high)
Ph - 8.1 (dosing kalk, over the last few months came up from 7.9)

1 Sailfin Tang
1 Convict Tang
(They have been together for 3 Years)
1 Flame Hawkfish
1 Starry Blenny
2 Mated Clowns
1 Yellow Watchman Goby
1 Diamond Goby
1 Bristle FileFish
1 Striped Damsel (In Refugium)
Probably 15 Hermit Crabs
20ish Peppermint Shrimp
Had 12 Berghia Nudibranches but I think either the Hawkfish or Shrimp ate them
1 Giant Turbo Snail
1 Purple Spiney Sea Urchin
Originally 1 Sea Anemone who has split twice and is now 4. Hosting my clowns.

No issues with anyone. Very friendly group.

Honestly, I don't know my Coral types. Some were a surprise from someone who didn't ask. I'm sure you guys can help with that also.

Pulsing Xenia is taking over lol
Kenya Tree.... like 40 at this point, all from one big mama. I trade them in at my shop.
Pipe Organ
Some type of Zoas. One orange, one green.
2 types of Chalices I think?! Okay no idea about my Corals.

Weekly water changes, RODI system and salt mix station.
My biggest issue over the last year now is Aiptasia. I cannot beat it. It's now everywhere and some are HUGE. The filefish eats some, I've watched him. The Peppermints go to town when I check them at 3am. Again, I'm not sure if Nudis are still alive but I've only seen an increase of Aiptasia.

Well here is pictures. If you guys have any suggestions for Aiptasia or ID coral, please, do tell. Thanks for letting me lurk for all these years.

Welcome, glad you are here! Just a heads up the green zoas are actually palythoa , care should be taken when handling due to paly toxins.

Hey! Thank you! Is there a specific name? I will be honest, I was told to be careful with them when given them as they can produce toxin so I try to never touch them, which is the rule for almost all my Coral. I place and leave. Thank you again!
