We started working with a company in September and they are extremely unresponsive to phone calls and emails. They keep providing excuses for why their inventory is low or not available on a given schedule service call. We are at the point where our ecosystem is healthy and ready to be generously populated with fish and corals, but the company has only had a sparse stock. We do not have a service agreement with them so I want to walk away and find a new company. What do I need to know? Thanks
