Love the idea for your tank - also can't wait to see how the hybrid tangs develop! :) I remember seeing them online called "Yurple" tangs and I almost spit out my coffee, lol. They're really pretty.
Haha thank you brother. I am excited to see how they turn out. As of right now they have different patterns.

Awesome tank and fish selection you have! I have a 108g in the works that I plan to make angelfish dominant as well. Your tank should be very cool! What size did you get the conspicuous at?

Sorry for the gap between updates. Nothing to interesting going on. Everyone is doing well. Had to pull my bigger Yurple from the 40b because he stopped eating and getting harrased by the smaller yurple. He is doing good now and eating in a smaller qt for now. Another 5 weeks or so and they get introduced to their forever home in the 260g.

My 1st Yellow x Purple hybrid tang released back into 40b QT after spending a couple weeks in a 5g medicated box.
Before you call the tang police on me lol. I put it in there because it stop eating and was just acting weird. I wanted to be able to get food directly to it easier.
After a few days of stressing out lol. It started to pick on micro food floating around then couple days later slowly started to pick on the seaweed I put in for it.
Then it started to eat tdo and ocean nutrition pellets a few days after that. So I thought it was time for it to go back in the 40g qt population with some of my angels.

Awesome tanks in that first image. Amazing fish collection for the new build too... more than the fish though, I'm most interested in this 260g. Those dimensions are a dream. Where did you get this tank? I'm assuming it's one of kind custom build, but hoping it's not.

Thanks man! The tank, stand and light mount is a custom made by Crystal Dynamics. I got it used locally in near perfect condition for a quarter of the cost of a new one haha. I couldn't pass it up. Figured since I saved some loot in the tank. I'd splurge a bit with some exotic fishes lol.
