I did an acid bath then soaked in RODI. But that was months and months ago.

This is day 39 of the fish less cycle.

However, I have been running that big butt skimmer. Perhaps that is prolonging it.

I dunno. But I suspect the nitrites will fall off soon.

If anything, this build has taught me patience.

Chris you do know that nitrites are not really harmful to marine fish unless they are super high.
Yes. But I only have a few fish to transfer over. And two of them are in a love affair with my rbta's.

But I have nems, zoas, acros, euphyllias, plates, trachys, chalices, and several other things that need transferred.

It's cool. I'll wait. [emoji1303]

I moved over the big rock from my old DT today, along with Armor of God zoas, frogspawn, and a rainbow trachy.

The zoas opened up right away, the frogspawn started opening up minutes later, and the trachy looks ok so far. If these look ok after a few days, I may start moving over some acans and sps. Fingers crossed.
