Muscle ID?

Had bought a torch over a year ago that had this on it. Thought it was just a random growth on the skeleton. Torch died randomly but kept the skeleton in the tank. Was looking over things earlier and I could have swore I saw it move. Come to find out, it did. See vid.

It's quite benign and seems to have done well, but I'm curious as to what kind of muscle it could be.

Any ideas?

Well, going on the general shape, I'd guess some kind of oyster, but I couldn't tell you beyond that from here - bivalves are generally easier to ID when dead so you can examine the inside for diagnostic characteristics (the fresher the bivalve, the easier), and when you can't really see the outside due to stuff growing on them, it gets really hard to say.
