I was fragging a torch coral and went to slow and the entire skeleton split in half. The mother colony is also really closed up and damaged quite a bit from unknown reasons. The frag is probably not going to make it and I am really anxious about the mother colony as it isn’t doing well.
Really anxious right now as that was my favourite coral and had lots of colour to it.

No antibiotic tank. Don't even have Lugol's as I am very limited on money. All I have is H2O2 3% and TLF revive.

*Two little fishies revive, Sorry, I was in a bit of a rush to type that out. I've already noticed some bjd, so this head is most likely a goner now. Praying for the best.

That sucks, been there done that. Sometimes torches just decide to break apart like eggshells - which is why I only use a dremel w saw disc for euphyllia. And cut it lower down the branch than you think you need to…

I don't want to stress it out even more but it looks like I might have to do that.
as long as the glue is only on the skeleton and not on the flesh at all, it shouldn’t bother it. i was lazy a couple weeks ago and tried to frag a torch with coral cutters (horrible idea and i knew it) and it worked out, but it also split one of the torches down the middle pretty good and even ripped the flesh in half (not completely but a good 50% of the torch. i glued the skeleton and it looked comely normal within 2-3 hours. yours looks a bit more stressed than mine did so maybe it’ll take a little longer, but it’s definitely worth a shot!
