I just did a Peroxide dip on one of my Zoa's and to my big surprise I had a dozen or so bristle worms come out.
My question is should I worry about more bristle worms being in my tank? And if so, any good write ups out there on removing them?

Bristle worms are part of a reef tank, unless you get a critter to constantly eat them, you will always have a few. They actually are just fine, as long as you don't have a giant one in there.

The amount that you have is controlled by the amount of nutrients you put in. Over feeding = over population of bristle worms. They are a good thing to have. Kind of like earthworms are for a garden. They over turn the sand for you. If you do have a problem with them. There is some very simple DIY tricks for the removal of them. Basically a bottle or box placed on the sand bed with holes for them to crawl into. Usually the holes have a straw or pen casing pointed into the sand. This is so they have trouble finding their way out. At night they crawl in there and you can remove up to 20 sometimes per box a day.

Thanks for the response, I was under the impression that they were harmful
Honestly I had no clue of them the whole time they were in my 20g tank for a year. I was doing a tank transfer to a 40B. Everyone I talked to about it said "start over with a sand bed. There is so much crap in there you don't know about." So I did thank God! Pulled all the sand out and I am noticing all these worms. Thinking all my fish had parasitic worms. Panicking thinking great now this tank is going to have so much die off! Seen a few articles about spaghetti worms and bristle worms. How they are helpful. Some bristle worms can be bad when they get to a certain size or ones called fire worms. Don't quote me on that. I just woke up and to lazy to look it up right now hahaha
