Moorish idol and zoster have white dots

Hey guys I’m back again so I have been observing my fish for the past four days now and I’m not sure but it looks like my fish might be getting white spots on them idk if they get this and it goes away or if they have something.

Both fish eat two to three times a day rods and myasis and see to be very happy

Besides the fact of the king of the tank bi color nipping at them every now and then.. can they have both been stressed and caught ich ?
