Hello fellow reefers!
Despite hearing the negative reviews with MODE, I’ve decided to pull the trigger and order their infinity 100g tank. Tried searching but latest post about them dated back in 2020. I’m hoping to have better experience since they appear to be pretty responsive in my case. (Phone and email)

Their website shows out of stock for their residential tanks but after speaking to them, they are taking pre orders for next shipment in December.

This thread is to document my order process to arrival.

Tank arrived this morning earlier than expected.

Overall, i was really happy with MODE Aquarium's customer service. Eddie and team was very responsive via emails/ DMs on Instagram. The tank was shipped using EDI express and delivered by Coastal Air Handling. Packaging was very well constructed. No rips or dents so i gotta give it to the shippers as well. So far tank looks like in good shape. Will be setting it up this weekend. Follow my IG for that ( Same as my username )

--until then , happy reefing! :)
