My tank is always low nutrients despite all the feeding. I currently mix phosphate and nitrate dosing in the same container, 0.02ppm PO4 + 0.5ppm Nitrate per day. Is it ok to add amino (Brightwell aquatics coral amino) to the mixture?

Yes, but bear in mind this mix can grow algae and bacteria if dilute.
