I was wondering if they use Prodibio Bio Digest or they let the sand take care of the nitrification process?

I would love to see some pictures of the aquascaping.

I use biodigest/bioptim.

I used to have a fairly minimalist aquascape but then all my corals grew and I accumulated too much crap on my sandbed

I'm working on cleaning up corals on sandbed and thinning some pieces out to get it looking more open again.

Wow Rich thats a lot of coral.
What kind of sand do you use?
I rebuilt my sump system according to the Triton Method.
What do you have for a sump system?
Do you have to have more rock in the sump for a minimalist aquascape?

The sand down in Aleutera, Bahamas is mixed with pink. That's what they're talking about; it's not pink throughout.

Thanks glad u like it.
I sTarted this tank in late June and also tried to keep it very minimal with the rock work.
I am trying not to put to much stuff in there so coral have a chance to grow out, but that is Easier said then done when u see killer new corals.
U can find the tank build under
Joe G's 80 gal rimless tank build .

I also had the same concerns u about not having enough rocks, but a lot of my favorite tanks had the minimal look and decided to go for it
In my sump I have another 15 pounds of rock and a deep sand bed.

The sand is a mix of crushed coral and reef grade aragonite. The sump houses a skimmer, filter sock, and a rubble zone with about 20lbs of rock.
