Miniature brown worm ID request

I have started to see a number of these very small (1 - 2 millimeter) brown/orange worms on the zoa garden. Zoas seem fine.

I collected one and put it in water on the top of a small plastic coffee lid. Photo and video below.

I've read there are benign worms that match this size, but I'd like to request someone verify what these are. Thank you.

May be planaria but need closer image as this guy move pretty quick
