My tank was shooting microbubbles and I’m assuming it’s due to the fact that the water level was creating a huge waterfall effect between the middle two chambers of my AIO. However when I raise the water level it appears that it’s far too high for my filter cup etc, although it seems on the high side anyway, I was under the impression the water should be flowing into the cup? Pretty new so not sure if this makes sense but any help would be great!!
This photo shows how the back is set up (pumps off so filter cup is up off where it normally would be). I don’t have a skimmer just two pumps in the return chamber
This was how high the water level was yesterday, no micro bubbles or waterfall effect but not flowing into skimmer cup, just took some water out today and still not really flowing into skimmer cup and the waterfall effect is back plus micro bubbles!
This is how it’s looking with water level lowered
