Had got a reactor to fun my gfo-tank is softies/lps-was running .18-.2 phosphate

Now it has consistently been fown to .02-thibking im stripping to much out-

Run carbon in a bag in filter sock-wondering if should just run carbon in media reactor or just keep it in a sock and hust stop messig with tsnk-

Corals usually look fine

Parametes
All 9.2
Calcium 400-that cluld go up
Magnesium 1500-need to lower
Phosphate .02
Nitrate 24

If I understand correctly, your nitrate was .18 and phosphate was.2? How much GFO are you using? I try to keep my phosphate around.07-.1 for my lps and softies. The.02 that you tested seems really low and you could either stop using GFO for a bit or feed more until you can get it up some. You should find a happy medium, try to keep your nutrients at a stable level. See what your corals like and stay around those levels. I have a 120 gallon tank, feed heavy and use about 3 tablespoons of GFO to control the phosphate.

Nitrates i run about 20



Phosphate was running .17-.2-that was running gfo in bag in filter sock

Added reactor-and droppped it over time now to .02

Have been using less than recomended -but still dropping to low

Stopping for a bit to see what happens
