May Meeting?

I know...I know. I'm sorry. I've been crazy busy!

Taco bar seemed to go over very well and was really easy so let's do that again. You guys can all bring sides or desserts to go along with taco bar (or not go along with it as you see fit).

I'll make the meat with mexican seasoning and have soft/hard taco shells. Someone can bring refried beans or black beans/onions, 7 layer dips, salsas, mexican seasoned rice, cheese dip (!!!!), and toritilla chips. Just hollar out what you're bringing so we don't overlap. Also, since it's a taco bar, it doesn't really work well if a bunch of people are late. So if you know you're going to be late then bring dessert! For example, if I were coming to someone else's house and they were having taco bar I would definitely bring a dessert because I'm ALWAYS late to the reef club meetings. It's not a big deal if you're late...just don't promise to bring part of the main dish AND be late as heck, ya know?

I'll also supply cheese for the tacos, lettuce, and salsa.

Kids are welcome but my house is not kid proof or anything. There's plenty of cats to play with though, if you're into cats.

The meeting is this Saturday!! Don't forget. What are you bringing (food-wise)?

If someone doesn't bring cheese dip I will be very disappointed. Just so you know.

Also, the meeting topic is going to be the frag swap! I created an "event" on FB for the May meeting. Do me a favor...go there and post if you're going to attend or not. Please...pretty please! Also if you have FB and haven't *liked* ETRC then we're not friends anymore.

Also, new people and people who haven't joined the club need not be shy about coming to the meeting. It's perfectly fine to come check it out first. No big deal at all.
