Anyone able to help ID this mantis? It's probably ~3.5" long, I've had it for almost a year. Came in on some KP aquatics live rock. Also got some small pistol shrimp. The mantis hasn't bothered any corals or fish, but it eventually killed all of my CUC, so I caught it out and put it in it's own tank. Does anyone know what species it is? I have the mantis tank and a nano mixed reef in my biology classroom, so I like know genus and species when possible.

I suspect this guy. I had one in my KP Aquatics rock also. Good move to isolate him, and hopefully you can find someone s to take him like I did. Very pretty creatures.
