Hi,

for about the last fortnight my malu anemone is looking really sad.

I have done some water changes to help chemistry and have been feeding directly and appears to be eating the pellets.

I tried to move him yesterday and put him in a quarantine style box to move higher in tank to get more light, but he was very attached to the rock and I didn’t want to risk a ripping.

other tank mates seeming healthy (pics attached)

many thoughts?? Or help, I don’t want to lose him

What you have is a H. crispa, not a H. Malu. The tank looks like it has poor water condition, seen to have high nutrients. The anemone seem to have bubble protruding out of the mouth.
This condition seem to be related to poor water quality. I would concentrate in improving water quality to get him better.
