I'm in the Neptune ecosystem and have 3 Neptune ATO systems. Unfortunately the Neptune PMUP (pump) has proven to be quite unreliable. I've gone through several so far. Its nice to get replacements when the pump fails within the 1 year warranty but having to buy them every other year as if they were consumables doesn't feel right.
I have looked for replacement pumps like the tunze osmolator and the Hydros DC micro pump but they appear to be 12v, not 24v.
Can anyone recommend a reliable 24v pump for ATO?

I'm thinking I could go with a step down converter and one of those 12v pumps but the added complexity and failure points kind of defeat the purpose.
Hope anyone with experience using other ATO systems that use a 24v pump can chime in. Thanks!

I’m gonna save you a ton of time… you don’t need to use a 24v pump with neptune ATO. You can just use this code on any outlet of your energy bar and use any standard 12v pump. This same code is viewable in the 24v PMUP outlet advanced tab after running the ATK task wizard, so you could copy and paste it from there to your chosen standard outlet if you want. Just make sure to delete it from the unused 24v outlet where it thinks the PMUP is and leave it as “set OFF”.

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If ATK_LO OPEN Then ON
If ATK_HI CLOSED Then OFF
When On > 005:00 Then OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON
Defer 000:04 Then OFF
Min Time 060:00 Then OFF

Here is a nice in-depth thread on the topic as well:

Hi that makes a lot of sense. I'm currently using one of the 24v ports in an EB832 (reused the code from the FMM, just as you described). I guess I'll be looking for a 120v AC pump instead :)
Thanks again!
