Trying to pick the brains of the Lobo professionals out there.

It’s probably something like Iron Man as it looks like an Ironman Favia in colour.

It might not even be a Lobophyllia. (sort of) There was a thread the other day where these things have been reclassified. The care is probably the same though.

Lobo are not generally branded. They are very slow growing, not easy to frag, and while there are a few common types - like orange rim with green mouth - there are very unique ones as well. Branding is to create demand to sell more and more of an item and lobo simply aren’t mass reproducible like torches and zoanthids.

They are typically named by their colors - like red glitter lobo, and if there is any branded name - it’s completely made up from that vendor and probably never been heard of by anyone else.

Yours is nice and you can call it an iron man - certainly fitting!

I refer to mine as orange glitter or green rim lobo. Another I call a Sunset lobo. But I just made these up completely. it’s just descriptive names

Low flow and low lighting. Feed at night 1-2x a week and only if feeding tentacles are extended. Small meaty food like mysis

Some polyps in your photo are ready to eat. The small one at the bottom will difficult to feed due to its location/position. This causes me trouble as well. Try to adjust so all polyps face upwards a bit. Straight vertical can be challenging to feed unless you can come in from an angle
