How much live sand and base rock/live rock would be reccomended for a 150 gallon tall? Tank dimensions are 48×24×31. Every calculator I've seen goes by gallons instead of tank dimensions. I'm getting ready to but a package from Tampa Bay and don't want to end up with more than I need.

Ask the folks at TBS! They were great coordinating details about my purchase. Shoot them an email.

At least 100lbs, if not more. Especially if you plan on creating a scape from dry rock. After you beat with a hammer to utilize smaller pieces you end up with loss.
I was thinking about buying 130 of each. The extra base rock I can deal with. I just didn't want to end up with too deep of a sand bed.
