Little worm thing?

Hey all. Just discovered these little guys on the glass and I’m curious what they are. They’re small, but with a macro lens you can just about see them nicely.

Best I can say from the pic is that it's definitely a polychaete of some kind, and it's most likely harmless/beneficial.
