Links to good heat seal bags for shipping frags? Water tight!?

Got some cellophane heat seal bags from amazon that are not working well. They are very thin, and although advertised as able to hold water, I think they only meant from the bottom, as the heat seals always introduce holes. Here are my failed experiments. Anyone have links to reliable bags for a heat sealer? I will be putting water and frags in the bags, double sealing and double bagging. I got a frag from a local a while back that used this system and it was the best packaging I've seen, hands down. Lost his contact, unfortunately.
