What's wrong with this leather? Ph ammonia salinity and nitrates/phosphates in order. I transferred it from my gfs 60 because it looked like this to my 75 with seemingly perfect water conditions and it's still looks pathetic

My neon will not open up!!!! It’s always tightly closed. Is it 2 low?.. it was nice but I kinda dropped it lower for frag space. I’d snap a pic but it’s behind rock work in my 20g. I’ll finish it out because I don’t wanna lose it But it’s been 6 months like that.
