No they're not hydroponic trays/reservoirs. I'm in that industry and can't find exactly what I'm looking for.

I need 10' x 24" x 24" troughs

There seems to be something around this foot print with this giant white frag tanks.

But I can't seem to find who actually makes these things.

I know a custom 10' fiberglass trough is going to be a bit pricey, so I'm hoping these various size frag tanks are manufactured enough I'm not paying custom prices.

So hopefully someone chimes in with who makes these type of frag tanks.

This is my frag system I'm building out right now. It's a 40 gallon hydroponic reservoir. Very high quality. It has a working space of 35"LX32"WX11"H. I got 2 40 gallons and 2 20 gallon reservoirs. The 20 gallons are pretty good inside root print to be only 20 gallons.

The 20 gallon one I'm going to use for zoas mostly. But the 40 gallon will be only sps. They will all be plumbed together to one sump and the 40 gallon will have a closed loop for flow.

Later next month, I will (hopefully) commence work on this 10' frag tank.

@Joe Glass Cages is working this one up for me right now. Going with a FrameTech stand that should also be getting started about now.

Drawings are never as exciting as real life pics, but here is a sneak peek.

Is anyone using one of these tanks by Botanicare?

The dimensions of the 115 gallon show 83” x 35” x 13.5”. Seems like a nice size? Do these need reinforcement built around the sides of them or are they strong enough on their own?
This is a nice size for a frag tank. Did you check on shipping cost. Shipping details states it comes on a pallet on a freight truck.

I got the stand built a while back. Still waiting on the tank to get built. I think the FrameTech stand came out really nice. Came flat-packed shipped like IKEA, but went together really well. It is a beast. Hopefully the fasteners remain free of corrosion.

I am replacing the black screws with ss screws. The black rust within a year if they are close to the water.
My upgrade is going to be T-Slot.
Very nice looking stand.

Very nice looking stand.
Apparently these fasteners are suitable for salt water applications. Zinc coated steel. We will see.

My current welded/painted steel stands are rusting away.
