Large bump on Bangaii Cardinalfish

Found this large bump on my Bangaii Cardinal last night as well as the fins being tattered. No idea what it could be. It's been several weeks since I've last added new fish, but I added new coral last week. Does anyone know what this might be? Pic doesn't do it justice. The bump is pretty large. If this helps, I do have a Magnificent Foxface. Not sure if this could possibly be a sting from it.

Is the bump at the bottom of the second black stripe, at the base of the side fin? The bump at the end of the dorsal fin is common to this species in captivity and isn't anything to worry about.

Are you seeing any other symptoms? Not eating, lethargy, rapid breathing?
