So, I went for a KH Keeper Plus for my new reef tank and it should be here any day! :star-struck:

I struggle to find out how much reagent is used and how much waste water is generated in order to size my dosing containers accordingly. What are your experiences with this?
☺️

I will be testing four times per day in a 125 gallon tank.

The KH Keeper Plus will be paired with a 4x dosing pump and Triton Core 7.

Hey!

So a Kh Keeper will use between 5 and 15ml (3/20 to 1/2 fl. ounce) of reagent per test. So for 4 tests at worst you will go through 60ml (2 fl. ounces) a day. They generate about 75ml (2.5 fl. ounce) waste per test, fine if you are returning to the tank as only 15ml will be added in from outside the system per test, but an appropriately sized waste container should be used if waste is held externally.
