I am moving to Virginia from Wisconsin and have a moving company doing all the work. Would it be worth keeping the live rock I have or just selling to a local fish store. They offered me $700 for all the live rock, a couple corals and the 11 fish I have. Before I do it I wanna make sure I’m not missing anything in the rock like maybe being Fiji rock people love? I got it from an old tank that had been running for years.

Legacy rock is worth keeping, despite the handling hassles. I'd keep it. Best of luck with your move.

Keep it. It’s easier to move than corals and fish. Main thing it needs is flow.

Live Rock is very expensive now and most of it is Maricultured, so genuine Live Rock is a treasure. One think to ponder is though fact that with time it degrades a bit and biodiversity drops, so I would supplement part of it with new Live Rock, lets say from Tampa Bay.

You may not be able to replace it for that cost especially East coast prices. I too am getting the heck out of WI and all is coming with me. My plan is to ship stuff down but all my livestock and SNACKS of course is coming with me. I am bringing a cooler with ice packs and running an inverter with 4 air pumps and stones. Back of my SUV has outlets also.
I plan on driving the 21 hours straight through which is less time than spent with fish shipped.
Your other option is to Fly and place them on air cargo so they are expedited and with you the whole time.

CAN YOU PM ME THE NAME/NUMBER OF THE MOVERS? IM GETTING REDICULOUS QUOTES THUS FAR

I plan on trying my best. It will be unheated with no flow for 2-7 days depending on how long the movers take to get down there.

I truly have no idea if it is or is not I got it from a tank breakdown. Is there an easy way to tell?

Hard to tell what kind of rock from pictures.
Picture two is what the inside looks like when I accidentally dropped in on my driveway and some broke off
